The Opportunity
We currently have 3 exclusive territories available across:
- Thurrock
- Southend
- Rayleigh & Leigh-on-Sea
This is your chance to take full control of your patch, build your own pipeline, and operate under a modern, high-performing brand.
Your Role
Generate new business and win instructions within your territory
- Carry out valuations and convert leads into listings
- Prospect using a variety of methods (door knocking, social media, database, networking, etc.)
- Build strong local relationships and your personal brand
- Manage and grow your pipeline consistently

About You
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in property or strong sales background
- Driven, confident, and target-focused
- A true self-starter who backs themselves to win business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
