Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Handyman/woman to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and safety documentation for all tasks performed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all maintenance activities to promote a safe working environment.
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles with a strong mechanical background
- Electrical experience.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward internal clients and team members
