About the Role:
At J Batista Business Services Ltd, we help organisations improve their day to day operations through reliable business support, efficient administration and responsive client service.
We are looking for a Business Support Manager who can oversee our administrative operations and ensure that internal teams have the systems, resources and support needed to perform effectively.
You will coordinate business support activities, supervise administrative staff and work closely with managers across the organisation. This is a hands on management role for someone who can improve processes, organise competing priorities and maintain consistently high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Support Management:
Oversee daily administrative and business support activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support administrative employees, allocate workloads, monitor performance and provide regular guidance and feedback.
Process Improvement:
Review existing procedures and introduce practical improvements that increase efficiency, reduce delays and improve service quality.
Office Coordination:
Ensure that office systems, records, equipment, supplies and shared resources are properly maintained and available to employees.
Management Support:
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting documents and operational updates for senior managers.
Client and Supplier Coordination:
Communicate with clients, suppliers and external service providers to resolve enquiries and maintain effective working relationships.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative processes follow company policies, data protection requirements and relevant regulations.
Budget Monitoring:
Support the preparation and monitoring of administrative budgets, supplier costs and general office expenditure.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in business administration, office management, operations support or a similar role, including previous supervisory responsibilities.
Leadership:
You can organise a team, delegate responsibilities and maintain high standards during busy periods.
Organisation:
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, records and operational requests at the same time.
Communication:
You can communicate professionally with employees, managers, clients and external suppliers.
Technical Skills:
You are confident using Microsoft Office, email platforms, spreadsheets, document management systems and common business administration software.
Problem Solving:
You can identify operational issues, assess available options and implement practical solutions.
Mindset:
You are dependable, organised and proactive. You take responsibility for your work and look for ways to make everyday business processes more effective.
Pay: £2,928.00-£3,150.00 per month
