New Build Showhome Cleaner – 19 Hours Per Week

19 hours per week – Tuesday and Wednesday (full days) and Thursday morning
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
H&M Cleaning is a growing cleaning company providing professional cleaning services to major new-build housebuilders across Scotland.
Due to ongoing and upcoming contracts, we are looking for reliable, hardworking and experienced cleaners to join our team.
About the Role
This is a mobile/travelling cleaning role covering new-build developments across Central Scotland.
You will be responsible for carrying out thorough cleans of show homes, view homes and sales offices, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and are clean, fresh and presentable for prospective home buyers.
You will generally be assigned a number of developments within a reasonable travelling distance of each other. Some developments may be close together, while travel to different locations across Central Scotland will be required.
You will be expected to work as part of a team and may also be required to work independently at times.

Requirements
Full UK driving licence required
Company fleet car available
Using own car an option and mileage will be provided
Previous cleaning experience essential
Hours
19 hours per week:
- Tuesday – full day
- Wednesday – full day
- Thursday – morning
There is potential for additional hours and overtime depending on business requirements and upcoming contracts.

Please note that this is a travelling role. You will be required to travel between different new-build developments across Central Scotland during your working week.
