About the Role
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm).
We're looking for a reliable, practical Warehouse Operative to help run an accurate, safe and well-organised warehouse at our new site. You'll receive goods, pick and pack customer orders, maintain stock accuracy and load delivery vehicles. If you take pride in doing things properly, spot issues before they become problems and are happy working as part of one team, this could be a strong fit.

Microtor Cleaning Supplies supplies cleaning, hygiene and janitorial products to businesses and organisations. Following continued growth and investment in our business, we're expanding our team with a new site in Banbury. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in doing a good job, support their colleagues and look after customers properly.
What You'll Do
- Receive, check and put away incoming goods accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders carefully and on time.
- Load delivery vehicles safely and in the correct route order.
- Keep stock locations, paperwork and system records accurate.
- Support regular stock checks and report discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
- Use warehouse equipment safely after training and follow all site procedures.
- Work flexibly with the driver and customer service teams when priorities change.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- A dependable, conscientious and get-it-done attitude.
- Comfortable with practical, active work, including lifting and being on your feet.
- Care and accuracy when handling stock and preparing orders.
- A team-first approach and willingness to follow safe working processes.
Preferred (nice to have):
- Previous warehouse, goods-in or order-picking experience.
- A current Flexi or standard counterbalance forklift licence. Forklift training can be considered for the right person.
- Experience working with stock systems or handheld scanners.
No cleaning-industry experience is required. We'll teach you our products and systems. What matters most is how you work.
