Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Housing Officer/Letting Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords, managing property lettings, tenancy agreements, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the rental process. Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants with property viewings, application processes, and tenancy documentation
- Manage property listings using Yardi or similar property management software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Conduct data entry tasks related to tenant records, lease agreements, and maintenance requests with precision
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, landlords, and contractors to foster positive relationships
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules in collaboration with relevant teams
- Support upselling opportunities by promoting additional services or rental options to potential tenants
- Maintain organized administrative records, including tenancy files, correspondence logs, and compliance documentation
Skills
- Experience working with Yardi or comparable property management systems
- Strong office experience with proficient data entry and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Previous office experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Knowledge of the lettings process, tenancy regulations, and housing policies is a plus
- Demonstrated aptitude for upselling services to enhance tenant satisfaction and company offerings

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
