Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs using excellent communication skills in multiple languages, including English
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by merchandising products effectively.
- Provide product information, answer customer questions, and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items to enhance their shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure accurate product placement using basic math skills for stock counts.
- Assist with checkout processes, including processing transactions efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Support time management by prioritizing tasks during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
Experience
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English is highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory management accurately.

Pay: £550.00-£1,200.00 per month
