Part Time Service Administrator
We are looking for a Part Time Service Administrator to join our friendly, professional, and dedicated administrative team at our Sprotbrough service.
The weekly hours will be 27.5 hours, working hours between 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Paying up to £13.75 per hour dependant on experience

You will be experienced in dealing with people and resolving problems and ideally, you’ll have worked in a care home setting. You will be used to using finance or HR systems and are an experienced Microsoft Office user. You will have experience of financial administration, work well under pressure, use initiative and be able to multitask.
As the Service Administrator you will be dealing with all aspects of financial and other administration for the home, resident admission/discharge processes, recruitment, and other administrative tasks. You’ll need to enjoy working with people, you will most likely be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and internal support colleagues; we’ll expect you to be friendly, professional and efficient.
This will include but not be limited to:
· To take messages, both telephone and emails for other members of the team and ensure that they receive and act upon these messages.
· Process incoming and outgoing mail.
· To provide administrative support to members of the management team such as filing, collating of records, word processing, copying, emailing and the preparation of documents.
· To manage staff annual leave requests through our rota system.
· To assist with building walkarounds, supporting the director
· Service Maintenance to include certificates, booking works in, and maintaining and updating the matrix and audits
· To assist in the HR functions within the company as required.
· Ensure company files are organised and up to date, that all data/work is inputted and stored on the Company’s computer system
Additions:
· To carry out other duties appropriate to the role.
· To understand responsibilities for the safeguarding of adults and reporting.
· To ensure work carried out complies with GDPR.
· To undertake training and development as agreed with the manager at appraisal.
· Provide cover to members of the administrative team as and when required.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and administration skills including systems data input, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Effective organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to respond to multiple priorities.
