The Flavour Trailer is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our main HQ. We’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for great food and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support with stock control and ordering
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Support with cash handling and end-of-day reporting
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, café, or food service management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
- Food hygiene knowledge preferred
