Deputy Manager (Mental Health)
Medsolve is proud to be supporting a top care home provider based in the North East of England who are currently recruiting for a Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in their care home based in Elswick Newcastle. This home supports residents with a rang of needs such as mental health, drug and alcohol dependency, dementia and challenging behavior.
Due to the nature of this service a RMN Nurse is preferred however relevant mental health experience or an RNLD qualification will be considered.
For over 30 years this group has beem providing high-quality residential and nursing care for adults living with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex physical disabilities.
Salary for this role is - up to £48,0000

What we are looking for in a Deputy Manager
- Strong care home experience
- Qualified Nurse ideally within the Mental Health sector
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Team player
- Satisfactory DBS Check, employment references and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
