We are looking for an organised, reliable and people-focused HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team.
This is a key role providing a high-quality administration service to support the People and Organisational Development Directorate in delivering its priorities. You’ll work closely with colleagues across HR, helping to keep services running smoothly and ensuring staff receive a professional and responsive service at all times.

You’ll support a wide range of HR activities, including:
Producing accurate correspondence and supporting communications
Responding to HR queries and providing day-to-day administrative support
Coordinating meetings such as hearings and team meetings, including taking notes and managing actions
Preparing documentation and packs for employee relations processes
Maintaining employee records and HR systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Supporting HR-led initiatives, training and projects
Monitoring deadlines, registrations and key processes to ensure compliance
Providing a professional, customer-focused service to colleagues and stakeholders
