A pioneering, development-focused position. We are looking for a committed christian who can build a vibrant, sustainable christian children and youth ministry from the ground up and create engaging, fun, and nurturing environments for young people. Someone who can reach beyond Sunday mornings to connect with young people in the wider community and shape how we communicate as a church—especially to younger audiences and young families. Someone in alignment with and enthusiasm for our inclusive, affirming theology. Someone who can communicate our vision and values creatively via social media.

We see this as a pivotal role at a key moment for River Church Marlow that will work into and across children and youth within the church and wider community. This post can be full or part time. Could suit a school leaver or a graduate and salary will be decided dependent on experience.
