Salary: £16.65 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
About the Role
As a Security Officer at Sodexo, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at our Diageo Guinness site at 1 Mercer Walk, London.
You’ll provide a professional and reassuring security presence, supporting the day-to-day safety and security of colleagues, visitors and the site. This is a site-based role working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
What You’ll Do

Provide a visible and professional security presence across the site.

Monitor the premises and help maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Carry out security duties in line with site procedures and requirements.

Respond appropriately to incidents and escalate concerns when required.

Deliver a professional service when interacting with colleagues, visitors and other stakeholders.

Complete required security records and reports accurately.

Support the wider team with site security requirements.
What You Bring

A valid SIA licence is essential.
