About Us
The Autism & ADHD Assessment Hub (AAH), part of The Antser Group, specialises in high-quality, neuroaffirmative autism and ADHD assessments, as well as pre- and post-diagnostic support for individuals, families, and employers. We’re passionate about improving access to assessments and empowering neurodivergent people to thrive.
We are expanding our friendly, dedicated team and are now looking for a Telesales / Referrals Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our growth and ensuring every enquiry receives an exceptional, compassionate experience from the very first contact.
The Role
As a Telesales / Referrals Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals, families, and organisations enquiring about autism and ADHD assessments. Your role will involve guiding potential clients through the enquiry and initial booking process, providing accurate information, and supporting the conversion of leads into confirmed assessments.
You’ll work closely with our case handlers and clinical teams to ensure a smooth handover of information and a consistently professional, person-centred experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and web forms in a professional, warm, and supportive manner.
- Proactively follow up on leads and referrals within a set time period to support conversion and maintain engagement.
- Meet and exceed to set KPIs and targets.
- Explain AAH’s assessment process, fees, and timelines clearly and accurately.
- Record and update client information within our CRM/referral system.
- Process payments and confirm bookings, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and uphold our neurodiversity-affirmative approach in all communications.
- Contribute to monthly sales/referral conversion targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the referral journey and share feedback with management.
- Outbound activity to follow up leads obtained from events/conferences/ campaigns.
About You

- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems or databases.
- Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach and genuine interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and families.
Desirable:
- Experience within healthcare, mental health, or education settings.
- Understanding or connection to autism, ADHD, or neurodiversity.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with a focus on quality and care.
