About Donatello
Donatello is a busy, independent, family-run Italian restaurant in the heart of Warrington. Established in 1996, we have been serving the local community for 30 years and have built a strong reputation and loyal customer base.
We are now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of an established kitchen team in a busy restaurant environment, preparing and delivering fresh Italian dishes to a consistently high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes during busy services
- Running your section confidently and efficiently
- Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
- Completing food preparation ahead of service
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and food hygiene
- Following food safety procedures and allergen controls
- Helping the kitchen run smoothly during high-volume services
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, experienced and comfortable working in a busy kitchen.
Experience with Italian cuisine, pizza, pasta and/or grill would be particularly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen role
- Be confident working independently on a section
- Work well under pressure during busy services
- Have good organisation and time-management skills
- Have strong food hygiene standards
- Be dependable and punctual
- Work well as part of a team
- Take pride in the food they produce
