Due to continued growth, Proactive Development is recruiting Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our supported living services across Folkestone, Cheriton and Densole.

What we offer
⭐ £13.00 - £14.62 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and role.
⭐ 10% enhanced pay for all overtime worked.
⭐ Optional sleep-in shifts paid at £60 per night in addition to your salary.
⭐ Wake Night positions available (10:00pm - 8:00am).
⭐ Loyalty pay enhancements after 3, 5 and 10 years' service.
⭐ Excellent training and opportunities for career progression.
Shift Pattern
Our day support staff work a popular rolling rota of:
Support Workers & Team Leaders
✔ 2 x 8:00am - 10:00pm shifts
✔ Followed by 4 days off
Day Care Support Workers
✔ Mon-Friday 9-4/5 (service dependant)
Wake Night Support
✔ 3 x 10pm-8am
✔ Followed by 3 days off
This provides an excellent work-life balance with regular extended time off. Rotas are available for the whole year to enable our staff to make plans in their time off - something we recognise to be extremely important.
