Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer/Banksman to join our team, start date Monday 7th September for 4 months duration, supporting a variety of construction and roofing works, trades on a project in Beddington. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, practical skills, and a willingness to learn. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Performing general site maintenance including cleaning, organising materials, and ensuring safety standards are met
- Supporting team members with construction-related tasks as required
- Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and hazards are minimised throughout the project duration
Experience
- Prior experience in construction and roof works is essential
- familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- IPAF & Dumper tickets preferred with rate of pay to reflect experience
You must have a UTR and N.I. as this role is on a self employed basis
