Job Purpose: Providing quality support to the Sales Team, accurately sourcing and costing projects to help the company win deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work through customer enquiries, create quotations for stock products and send to customers
2. Process stock orders and send to warehouse
3. Read through drawings and providing take-offs for products to be quoted
4. Issue requests for quotation to suppliers, get and evaluate prices and make recommendations re best factories to the Sales Team
5. Collate customer order/drawings and file drawings and pricing information in the company systems
6. Support as needed in placing orders with factories to ensure accuracy
7. Join Teams meetings with team members and customers where technical input is required
8. Answer incoming calls as part of a team and ensure customers get excellent service
Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
