The Role
You'll speak with customers who have already expressed an interest in Private Sick Pay protection, understand their circumstances, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their income.
This is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trust, asking the right questions, and providing suitable solutions that genuinely benefit customers.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers who have requested information about Private Sick Pay cover
- Understanding customer needs and financial circumstances
- Explaining policy features and benefits clearly and professionally
- Recommending suitable protection solutions
- Managing customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Achieving individual performance and sales targets
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance
