We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience handling complaints within the insurance industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality written correspondence.
- A thorough understanding of the end-to-end complaints handling process, including investigations, regulatory requirements and final responses.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
- Previous Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims experience would be advantageous.
Everyone who works for the company from day #1 is entitled and able to access the incentive with multiple staff already earning £k+ per annum through this scheme to supplement their headline wages.

Key Responsibilities:
Claims Handling:
- Managing a caseload of complaints from entry to settlement whilst maintaining strong relationships throughout our professional network.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience dealing with insurance complaints from inception through to settlement.
- Possessing expert insurance experience.
- A track record of complaints handling.
- CII an advantage.
