We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the effective operation of our children's residential home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulty based in Gillingham Kent.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supervising staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those with a background in children's care and some experience of working with OFSTED and to Ofsted standards.
The home is rated ‘Good’ in all areas and the children are thriving. We seek an ambitious Deputy Manager, and we are offering a salary of £40,000. Also, further training is funded, with real opportunity of progression.
