As we continue to grow, we're seeking experienced Groundworkers and Machine Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to make an immediate impact on both residential build sites and civil engineering projects.
MAIN CHALLENGES
These roles demand adaptability to diverse construction environments, including residential and civil engineering sites, requiring precision and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must be prepared for physically demanding tasks, operate heavy machinery, and meet tight project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
JOB PURPOSE
Contribute to the successful delivery of residential and civil engineering projects by preparing and maintaining construction sites, ensuring that all groundwork and machinery operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Either as established gangs or singles:
- 360 Excavator Operators;
- Skilled Groundworkers; and
- Labourers
With multiple projects scheduled to start from mid June, we are particularly keen to hear from industry professionals who bring reliability, technical skill, and a commitment to safety and excellence
