About the Role
We’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team and develop the skills and knowledge needed to progress into a full Administrator role within the Purchase Ledger Department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn, with study support available to help you develop your career in Finance.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
- Filing and maintaining financial documentation
- Providing administrative support to the Purchase Ledger team
- Answering supplier calls and dealing with general queries
- Completing data entry onto our ERP system
- Carrying out general office administration as required
- Providing reception cover during breaks, lunch periods and annual leave
A Few Things About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Good numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, including confidence speaking on the telephone
- Good written English
- A motivated and enthusiastic approach
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- A flexible approach to working hours
- Previous Finance experience would be highly desirable, but isn’t essential
- A genuine interest in developing a career within Finance
