Location - We have clients available in the following areas of the North East - NE8, NE23
Pay and Hours:
Pay: £12.71 – £15.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Shift pattern :Night and Day shifts available
Expected Hours: 24 –48 hours per week shifts can vary from 6-12 hours
Scheduling: Flexibility to work alternative weekends is required
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with your clients and their families
- Delivering wonderful, personalized care tailored to your clients unique needs
- Bringing warmth, companionship, and a listening ear whenever it's needed
- Helping with community involvement and social activities
- Helping your client with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
- Preparing lovely meals and keeping things tidy and comfortable
- Making each and every visit with your client feel truly special
Requirements
- Reliable, responsible, and at least 18 years old
- Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in the UK and the ability to work here on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship. **We are unable to take candidates that will require sponsorship in the future**
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Basic IT skills for documentation and updating electronic records
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
- You must hold an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.*If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*.
