We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Duel Registered Manager to lead two established children’s residential homes in Rochdale. Both homes are registered for two children and currently hold a good rating in all areas from Ofsted.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Registered Manager to build upon their existing strengths, maintain regulatory excellence, drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
The successful candidate will already be operating as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care and possess a strong track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes, developing high performance teams, delivering exceptional care and safeguarding standards..
It is a requirement of the post that you are part of the first level 24hr on-call rota for residential services.

Experience:
- working within residential childcare in a managment capacity : 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Registration with Ofsted for Registered Children's Home (required)
