Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist guests with menu selections, upselling specials or beverages to enhance their experience
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during service and food preparation processes
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout shifts
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in as front of house/server is essential.
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and payment processing
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Familiarity with serving techniques, upselling strategies, and restaurant operations is advantageous.
