About the Role
We're looking for an experienced labourer to work with us on an ongoing, self-employed basis, supporting on site across kitchen and bathroom installations, extensions, and general building work. This is not a fixed contract position, work is offered on a job-by-job or day-rate basis, with a steady pipeline of premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with plumbing tasks including first and second fix work
- General construction and building support, including groundwork, tiling prep, plastering support, and demolition
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site at all times
- Handling and preparing materials, tools, and equipment
- Supporting the lead fitter with day-to-day tasks across multiple project types
Requirements
- Solid experience in plumbing, construction, and general building work
- Must be self-employed, with own UTR/CIS registration
- Own basic tools preferred
- A strong, reliable work ethic and good timekeeping
- Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
