Infinity Project Fitness is an expanding training studio in Anniesland, built around strength, confidence, and community. We work with members of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds, and we’re known for creating a welcoming, supportive environment where people can progress safely and consistently.
We are now looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated coach to join our team on a self-employed basis.
The Role
This position is based at our Anniesland studio and will mainly involve delivering high-quality group personal training sessions. The coach will be expected to lead sessions confidently, maintain strong coaching standards, and ensure members are moving safely with proper technique.
Part-time: approx. 15 hours per week
Pay: £15–£20 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Additional hours and responsibilities may be available for the right person
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver engaging group coaching sessions (up to 12 people)
Coach strength and functional movement safely and effectively
Support member progress, motivation, and retention
Build positive relationships with members
Assist with session programming when needed
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the facility
Work with the coaching team to help attract and engage new clients
Support basic customer relationship management (CRM) tasks where required

Flexible with working hours
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sport, fitness and/or coaching
Strong understanding of foundational functional movement patterns
Ability to coach technique clearly and safely
Essential Requirements (UK)
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification** OR **HNC in Sport & Exercise / Sports Coaching
Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
Right to work in the UK
Preferred (Not Essential)
First Aid at Work / CPR certification

This role also offers the chance to grow your own private coaching client base by using the facilities outside scheduled coaching hours (subject to agreement), with a very attractive setup for the right candidate.
