Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within residential, commercial, or hospitality settings. Duties
- Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces
- Change bed linens, towels, and organise supplies as needed
- Perform specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and surface polishing
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises at all times
Experience
- Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is advantageous
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
