About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and capable Personal Assistant to provide flexible support across a range of personal and business-related tasks.
This is a part-time role starting at approximately 10–20 hours per month, with the opportunity to grow as the role develops. The hours are flexible, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to fit work around children, family commitments or other responsibilities.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys getting things done and has a positive “can-do” attitude. You don’t need to know everything — being resourceful, reliable and willing to find solutions is more important.
Key Responsibilities
The role will be varied and may include:
- Managing calendars, appointments and diary commitments
- Organising and coordinating meetings and events
- General administrative and organisational support
- Researching and sourcing information
- Managing emails and correspondence where required
- Helping to keep projects and tasks on track
- Supporting with social media and online activity
- Using technology and digital tools to improve efficiency

- Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Proactive, reliable and trustworthy
- A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Confident working independently
- Great with technology and comfortable learning new systems
- Experienced with social media
- A good communicator with strong attention to detail
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Discreet and professional
- Someone who genuinely enjoys making life easier and getting things done!
Previous PA, administrative, business support or similar experience is helpful, but attitude and approach are more important than having a specific background.
