Duties
- Monitor entry and exit points to verify authorised access and prevent unauthorised entry
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks
- Enforce venue policies and procedures in a professional manner
- Provide first aid assistance when required, ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist in crowd control during events or busy periods, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees
Qualifications
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanour with a customer-focused Ability
