Area Support Chef – 52 Week Contract
40 hours per week

We are looking for a Support Chef to support our primary school catering teams in the Lambeth area. The successful candidate must be prepared to work across the whole area specified.
Key role requirements are to maintain and develop food standards through the team within the school business to client and company standard, in addition to providing cover in kitchens during periods of absence of the chef/cook manager, completing duties and responsibilities of the chef/cook manager.
The ideal candidate will have proven craft and management skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
The successful candidate must have own vehicle, insured for business use. Mileage will be reimbursed from base kitchen which will be assigned upon appointment.
