For over 25 years, we've been creating jewellery that's as unique as the people who wear it. Today, Harriet Kelsall Bespoke is proud to be one of the UK's leading independent jewellery brands.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to support and grow our digital presence, with a particular focus on social media, digital campaigns and engaging our online audiences.
This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their digital marketing career who already has some hands-on commercial experience and is ready to develop their skills within an established, creative brand.
Working alongside our Marketing Manager and Creative Team, you'll help make sure the content created across the business reaches the right audiences, reflects our brand and delivers results.
What you'll be doing
· Managing the day-to-day running of our social media channels, including planning, scheduling and publishing content.
· Using Meta Business Suite to manage content and support paid social campaigns.
· Working with content created by our designers and Creative Team to build engaging social posts and campaigns.
· Monitoring social media performance and using insights to understand what's working and improve future content.
· Keeping our website fresh and up to date, including uploading and editing content.
· Supporting digital advertising campaigns across different platforms.
· Helping identify social media trends and new opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
· Supporting the creation and editing of website content, articles, customer stories and other marketing materials.
· Working closely with the wider Marketing Team to maintain a consistent and high-quality brand presence across our digital channels.
About you
We're looking for someone with:
· Around 1–2 years' commercial experience in digital marketing, social media or a similar role.
· Experience using Meta Business Suite, including managing social content and ideally some exposure to paid campaigns.
· A good understanding of the main social media platforms and what makes content engaging.
· A good eye for imagery, content and brand presentation.
· Experience in using performance data and insights to improve content and campaigns.
· Experience updating and managing website content or using other digital marketing tools would be an advantage.
· Good written English and attention to detail.
· An organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage different priorities.
· Experience within a premium, luxury, design-led, or lifestylebrand would be an advantage.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is keen to learn, brings ideas and wants to develop their digital marketing career within a creative business.
