We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist autism school in Raynes Park, supporting both primary and secondary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

The Role
As an Autism Teaching Assistant, you'll:
- Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) across primary and secondary classes.
- Work on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and within the classroom.
- Promote communication, independence and social development.
- Use positive behaviour support strategies and sensory approaches.
- Adapt to different classrooms and pupils throughout the school.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively and can confidently adapt to changing situations.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and routines.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
