Leak Detection Technician / Engineer – Nationwide Opportunities (UK)
Water Intelligence International is a leading environmental services and technology company specialising in advanced water leak detection. Due to continued growth, we have multiple vacancies available across the UK, offering an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking and expanding organisation.
Salary (dependent on experience):
- Level 2: £29,000 – £31,000 – Proficient with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the water industry
- Level 3: £31,000 – £34,000 - 5+ years’ experience with significant experience in all aspects of leakage.
The Role
This is a mobile, field-based role covering sites across the UK. You will be responsible for identifying and locating leaks within the potable water network using advanced detection technology. Overnight stays will be required, and flexibility to travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and accurately locate leaks within water networks
- Carry out step-testing and related diagnostic activities
- Work independently across multiple sites
- Ensure accurate reporting and use of IT systems
Skills & Experience Required
- Ability to work independently and use initiative in the field
- Competent IT skills for reporting and data input
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Valid EUSR National Water Hygiene Card
- NRSWA qualification (minimum: Street Works Unit 01)
