Site Operative – Car Dealership
Location: Harlow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Site Operative to join our busy car dealership team. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping the site organised, safe, and running smoothly throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Moving vehicles around the dealership forecourt to maximise space and maintain clear access and parking
- Driving a wide range of vehicles, including both manual and automatic transmissions
- Checking vehicles in and out of the site for deliveries and collections
- Preparing and positioning vehicles for collection and customer handover
- Assisting with the general presentation of the forecourt, ensuring vehicles are displayed neatly and professionally
- Supporting the wider dealership team with day-to-day site operations as required
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Confident and competent driving a variety of vehicle types
- A practical, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Previous experience in a dealership, automotive, or site-based role would be beneficial, but not essential
