Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Ice Cream Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and supporting the overall efficiency of the production process. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various Ice Cream production machinery in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure all products meet HACCP and food safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities, machine performance, and quality checks.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of equipment for different production runs.
- Follow strict hygiene protocols to uphold food safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on operational processes.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
- Experience in food production environments is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
