The Role:
As a Quotations Analyst you will govern opportunities by responding to quote requests from the sales team or customers directly via e-mail
Provide technical quote preparation by interpreting detail from the customer request
Create quotes into a standardised format by using our bespoke internal quoting system
Add comprehensive details about parts to internal pricebooks to enable accurate quote preparation
Liaise with and support other Teams across the business to deliver opportunities and ensure customers are responded to within the agreed timescales
Process all orders received for either New or Renewal Business, ensuring all processes are followed at all times
Activities:
We are looking for a Quotations Analyst who has experience in managing data. The primary focus of the role is delivering quote requests to a high standard consistently and efficiently ensuring we get it right the first time every time whilst hitting service delivery deadlines.
Own and manage both incoming and outgoing requests for quotes
Producing quotes in our bespoke software
Aim to achieve 100% accurately
Maximise the effectiveness of company resources, and achieve high levels of service
Ensure continuous personal development by being curious around technology developments - Identifying training requirements with own skill gap analysis
Ensuring best working practice and process is being adhered to and driving the “right first time” way of working
Encourage customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvements and supporting the team leaders/managers to ensure processes and procedures are effective and relevant
Ensure that each customer touch point throughout the process has the customer at the forefront of the actions and decisions and to encourage better ways of working for the benefit of the end client
Answer customer queries, these can be for a variety of reasons so a good ability to gauge internal processes
Liaise with various departments as and when required, completing support tasks as required
Work as a team with other colleagues across the Quote inbox, particularly during busier periods or holidays to achieve team KPIs.
