Experienced Assistant and Site Manager – Residential Developments
MH Corporation is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality private residential developments across South East London.

The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the exceptional standards MH Corporation is known for.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of first fix works including:
- Timber and metal stud partitions
- Mechanical & electrical first fix
- Plumbing
- Fire stopping
- Drylining
- Extensive experience managing second fix works including:
- Carpentry and joinery
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Decorating
- Flooring
- Final M&E installations
- Snagging and handover
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation.
Essential Qualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS Managers Card
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
- Overall management of site operations from first fix through to completion.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics.
- Monitor programme and maintain progress against key milestones.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure all works meet specification.
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards.
- Liaise with architects, consultants and the MH Corporation management team.
- Manage snagging and client handovers.
