We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Reception Leader to lead our dynamic team.
In this role you will be responsible for motivating and supporting up to 10 team members across different areas, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained and that daily operations run smoothly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service. Your contributions will help create memorable experiences for families visiting our entertainment centre.
Additional day-to-day responsibilities entail supporting reception by booking in customers, answering queries via telephone and email, and providing general admin support to management and directors. The ideal candidate would be driven, have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised. Good communication skills are essential to liaise with other departments within the company. You will learn a good knowledge of our facilities and the services we offer and be able to uphold our standards when faced with challenging situations.
The shift pattern will vary, over 3 - 5 days a week including weekends and weekdays.

Skills Required
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer facing role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook for office tasks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative and multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Experience Required
- Leadership: minimum 1 year (required)
- Customer Service: minimum 1 year (required)
Education
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Maths and English Language Grade 5/C and above - preferred but not required)
