Due to continued growth and a series of successful acquisitions, Chrome is expanding rapidly across the UK technology market. As our customer base continues to grow, we're investing in our sales team and are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to help maximise the opportunities within our expanding client portfolio.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll engage with existing customers to understand their business needs, gather key qualification metrics, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that add value to their organisation.
Working closely with our customer base, you'll be responsible for uncovering opportunities across:
- CCTV & Security Solutions
- IT Services & Support
- Business Mobile Solutions
You'll utilise our CRM platform to manage customer interactions, track opportunities through the sales pipeline, and ensure all activity is accurately recorded.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to gather key business and qualification information.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our product portfolio.
- Generate, qualify, and close opportunities from customer referrals.
- Recognise customer challenges and present tailored technology solutions.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through to close.
- Maintain accurate records, customer insights, and pipeline activity within CRM.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in business development, account management, telesales, or B2B sales.
- Strong questioning, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and pipeline progression.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Experience within telecoms, IT, security, or technology sales would be advantageous but is not essential.
