Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Master Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring top-tier quality and safety standards. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and keep our customers confidently on the road.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed diagnostics using schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify vehicle issues accurately.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems effectively.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension parts, and more.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Support equipment repair and maintenance to keep all tools and machinery in optimal condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician with advanced skills in diagnostics and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems and components.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or equipment handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Valid certifications relevant to automotive repair; ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
