Location: Sutton Weaver, Cheshire
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Holiday: 4 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
Working closely with our Financial Advisers, you will provide technical support and research, prepare suitability reports and recommendations, liaise with providers, and help deliver outstanding client outcomes while ensuring FCA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare suitability reports for pensions, investments, mortgages, protection and retirement planning.
- Conduct technical research and analyse client arrangements.
- Liaise with providers and third parties.
- Prepare illustrations and supporting documentation.
- Assist with pension transfers, investment switches, ISA transfers and ongoing reviews.
- Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO).
- Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
- Support advisers with technical research and case preparation.
About You
Must Haves:
- At least 3 years' Paraplanning experience within an Financial Advice practice.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or be working towards it).
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO), Quilter Platform and Microsoft Office would be highly advantageous.
