We're looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Quality Assurer to help drive quality, learner success and continuous improvement across our growing apprenticeship provision.
What You'll Do
- Drive quality across apprenticeship programmes, ensuring outstanding learner and employer experiences.
- Quality assure teaching, learning and assessment through observations, sampling, coaching and developmental feedback.
- Validate assessment decisions and ensure consistent delivery of knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs).
- Monitor learner progress, achievement, gateway readiness and end-point assessment preparation.
- Use quality data and intelligence, stakeholder feedback and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Champion inclusive practice and support personalised learning for all learners.
- Lead standardisation activities and develop staff capability through coaching and CPD.
- Support self-assessment, quality improvement planning and inspection readiness.
- Maintain compliance with DfE, Ofsted, awarding organisation and apprenticeship requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in apprenticeship quality assurance, teaching, learning and assessment.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, quality frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyse performance data and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for sales and a strong understanding of the Level 4 Sales Executive standard.
- Passion for education, learner success and raising standards.
