Scope Property Group is a fast-growing property group specialising in property estate agency and auctions. We create high-quality marketing content for residential properties across Scotland and are looking for a creative, motivated Property Videographer/Photographer to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for content creation, photography and videography who wants to develop their skills within the property industry.
Full training will be provided, so we’re more interested in attitude, creativity and reliability than years of experience.
The Role
You’ll travel to properties across Scotland capturing professional marketing content for:
- Residential homes
- Property refurbishments
- Before & after transformations
- Auction properties
- Investment projects
- Behind-the-scenes content for social media
You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content that helps showcase properties at their very best.
Responsibilities
- Photograph and film residential properties
- Capture cinematic walkthrough videos
- Take social media content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Work closely with our marketing team
- Travel to various locations across Scotland
- Deliver content within agreed timescales
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for photography and videography
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- A creative eye for composition and lighting
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Comfortable travelling throughout Scotland
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle (essential)
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with property photography
- A drone
- Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro or Cap Cut experience
- Experience using DSLR, mirrorless or professional camera equipment
