CHEFS WANTED – FOOD BY HOWIE X THE GREENHOUSE, HOVE
We are growing our team and looking for talented chefs to join us at Food by Howie at The Greenhouse, Church Road, Hove.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Howie and the team as we continue building our newest kitchen.
We are looking for chefs of all levels:
- Chef de Parties• Junior Sous Chefs• Senior Sous Chefs• Head Chefs
You’ll be working daily with fresh, quality ingredients, creating bold, exciting dishes across our brunch, plates and evening menus, including fresh seafood, meats and seasonal produce.
We are currently looking for:
Brunch ChefsMonday – FridayApprox 8am – 4pm
Evening & Weekend ChefsWednesday – Friday eveningsApprox 2pm – 10pmSaturday & Sunday availability required
Early starts, late starts, early finishes and late finishes available for the right people.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years kitchen experience preferred• Strong understanding of kitchen operations• Passion for cooking fresh food from scratch• Hardworking with a positive attitude• Reliable, trustworthy and organised• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Good communication skills• Must have a reliable commute to Church Road, Hove
