Role: Actor / Game Master (The Ultimate Immersive Guide)
Are you a natural storyteller with a flair for the dramatic? Do you love the idea of being the "voice in the dark" one minute and a mysterious character the next?
Break Free Stoke is looking for charismatic, quick-thinking individuals to join our team as Actor/Game Masters.This isn't your typical retail or hospitality gig—it’s part stage performance, part puzzle-mastery, and all-around adrenaline.
The Role: More Than Just a Key-Holder
As a Game Master at Break Free, you are the heart of the experience. You won't just be watching a screen; you’ll be an active participant in the story.
Be the NPC: Step into the room as a Non-Player Character to deliver clues, heighten the tension, or provide comic relief. You'll need to stay in character while reacting to whatever unpredictable things our players do!
Master the Game:Monitor live games, provide well-timed hints, and ensure players are safe and having the time of their lives.
Set the Stage: Reset rooms with meticulous detail—every prop and padlock needs to be exactly in its place for the next group.
Host with Most: Provide top-tier customer service, from the initial briefing to the post-game debrief (and the "we survived!" photos).
What We’re Looking For
Performance Skills: You don't need a West End resume, but you must be comfortable acting, using different accents/voices, and improvising on the fly.
The "Vibe" Energetic, confident, and able to command a room.
Sharp Eyes: Great attention to detail (missing one reset item can ruin a game!).
Flexibility: Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
