Abattoir Operatives – Immediate Starts Available
Location: Lurgan Pay: £14.24 per hour + Performance Bonus Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am Start | No Weekend Work
Are you looking for a stable, full-time position with the opportunity to earn well above your hourly rate through performance bonuses?
We're recruiting 3–4 operatives to join a busy, well-established meat processing facility in Lurgan. These are ongoing temporary roles with immediate starts available and excellent earning potential for reliable, hardworking individuals.

Roles Available
- Skilled Slaughter Operatives
- General Operatives – Cleaning and general production duties
- Lairage Assistants – Working with livestock in a safe and controlled environment
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
- Previous experience in meat processing or abattoir work is beneficial for skilled roles, but full training will be provided for suitable candidates applying for general operative positions.
Trial Period
All successful candidates will complete an initial one-week paid trial to assess skills and suitability. Following a successful trial, you'll move onto the full hourly rate and performance bonus scheme based on your role and experience.
