WE’RE HIRING – Kitchen Assistant / Sandwich Maker
Girvans is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in hospitality and catering. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing sandwiches, toasties, baked potatoes and light lunches
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Following food hygiene and safety procedures
- Helping the kitchen team during busy periods
- Learning new skills and recipes as part of your training
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Pride in producing quality food
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
