IT Account Manager / Business Development Manager (VAR/IT Reseller) — Harrow (On-site)

Must-have: You’ve worked for an IT Reseller (VAR / IT Solutions Provider) for 3+ years, selling to corporate organisations (100+ employees). Applications without this will not be considered.

What you’ll do
- Sell IT hardware, software & services (HP/Dell/Lenovo/Cisco, Microsoft/Adobe/ESET, cloud & lifecycle services) into corporate B2B clients
- Mix of warm leads + self-generated new business; progress to a hybrid hunter/farmer model with protected accounts
- Navigate complex organisations to influence IT leadership & business stakeholders
- Build long-term relationships and drive repeat & annuity revenue
- Work closely with vendor teams to win, register & scale opportunities
About you
- 3+ years in a UK IT reseller (VAR/solutions provider) sales role
- Documented quota attainment and repeat business growth
- Natural hunter who can open and close, then farm for expansion
- Commercially sharp (margins, GP, frameworks, deal reg, distribution)
- Confident communicator, credible with IT managers to C-suite
- Able to commute to Harrow daily

Salary: £28,850–£48,500 base + uncapped commission (Y1 OTE £70k+, top performers £90k–£100k)
Hours: Mon–Fri, no weekends
